Job Requirements:
Current Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraisers License
2+ years vehicle appraising experience in the collision industry
Knowledge of computerized estimating system CCC1
Salary range:
$70-$80K (base plus guaranteed bonus)

Our shop is growing and we are currently seeking an Front Desk/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Job description:
Greets customers upon arrival into shop
Answers Phones to schedule customers’ appointments and provide updates when necessary
Maintains incoming and outgoing customer communications
Assists with the daily organization, cleaning, and stocking of the front desk area and customer waiting area
Provides excellent customer service
Works closely with the shop Owner and Office Manager
Job Requirements:
Customer Service Experience and excellent communication Skills are a must
Interest working in transportation industry
Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
Computer proficiency
Salary range:
40-45K
